Miguel Ramos from an early age demonstrated an interest and a taste for tools and handicrafts, much by the influence of his maternal grandfather. But it was in the middle of the year 2000, in Alentejo, that began his training in ceramic decoration.
Since then, he never stopped and continued to deepen his knowledge in areas such as olaria, passing through the Caldas da Rainha, going through Mafra in a professional internship at olaria Norberto Batalha in the year 2010.
In 2014, he returns to Madeira and creates the Barro Cru Workshop, located in the parish of Santa Luzia, in Funchal, where he creates some decorative pieces and souvenirs with reference to the region.
