D’Repente

Established in the summer of 2016, the musical group D’Repente is composed of five musicians with a consolidated artistic background and a unique creative vision: to reinterpret traditional Madeiran string instruments through the lens of contemporary sounds.
The band members are Lino Gonçalves, João Caldeira, Renato Spínola, Ricardo Correia and Pedro Temtem, and together they create their own musical universe where tradition is respected but never confined, exploring genres such as Rock, Pop, Morna, Blues, and World Music.
