Tomás Noronha

Born in Madeira, Tomás Noronha has strong ties to both his home island and Lisbon, where he currently lives. Throughout his career, he has participated in numerous renowned events and projects as a saxophonist, performing at concerts such as Valete and Napa, and events like Funchal Jazz, and Semana do Mar.
At the same time, he is a member of the jazz trio Grafite and, consequently, part of the sextet Dracaena Draco, a project with which he recorded an album in Madeira in early 2025.
This trajectory demonstrates a solid and consistent commitment to music, both regionally and nationally, balancing performance, artistic collaboration, and the affirmation of jazz as a contemporary form of expression.
