Softcore-snack-bite (aNú)
Another activity as part of the aNù Installation - The Urban Nonsense Culture and Art Association, taking place at the Old PSP Police Station. These dishes are shrouded in mystery, so challenge yourself to some softcore bites in a ‘spicier’ show cooking.
“Exploring different cuisines, cultures, and art has always been a joy for me. So when the opportunity to take part in this project came up, I was genuinely excited to say yes. Being part of creating this unique space feels like both a fun challenge and a meaningful experience—and I can’t wait to arrive on the island.
For this project, I’m especially inspired by the sensuality of food
—its textures, aromas, and the intimate ways we experience it. My goal is to create snacks that speak to the body as much as the palate. Playful, curious, maybe even a little provocative— something that complements the spirit of the installation and invites guests to connect with all their senses.”
